So many of you have sent us questions about Matt’s personalized autographed pictures, so here are the most FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) and the answers:
Q: I have ordered and received a personalized autographed picture of Matt. Matt wrote on the picture: “Nicole, you are the coolest fan” then he signed it. Can I order a new picture asking Matt to write: “Nicole, love,” and sign it?
A: Yes you can. You can order as many pictures as you wish… within reason.
Q: Only very few of Hollywood’s stars are making the efforts to personally endorse their pictures with the fan’s name and requested statement, how long will Matt keep doing this?
A: Matt will keep doing this as long as his time will permit. Matt has told us that nothing is more important to him than his fans. By the way, the reason that at times it takes a little while to receive the ordered picture is that Matt is on set, traveling or involved in a project.
Q: Is it true that all of these pictures have a collectable value? Why?
A: Yes, this is true. It’s Matt’s handwriting and signature, more so, as much as we would like all of the fans to get a picture, at certain times these pictures will be limited. From time to time we are changing the pictures, so once we run out of a certain batch it will never be produced again, which makes them collectable items.
Q: How many different pictures of Matt are available?
A: At any given time we try to make between four to six different pictures available. Keep on checking our website or join our mailing list for any updates.
Q: Since all of Matt’s pictures have a collectable value, can I order all of his pictures, add my name to your mailing list and be notified when new pictures are available? Also, how many pictures of each kind can I order?

Q: I would like to create a Matt Dallas fan club, how many members do we need to have in order for Matt to come and visit us?
A: Indeed Matt is committed to meeting his fans. The number will vary from one location to another as we will have to plan Matt’s trips according to his schedule, the number of clubs in the location and obviously the largest clubs.
Q: I do not have a credit card, can I still order pictures?
A: Yes you can. Send us a check or money order. Please see our website for information.
Q: Since the price for shipping and handling is so low only about €16 (Euro) or $25 (US) can I send cash?
A: We ask you not to send cash. It is not recommended to send cash in the mail to any merchant for security reasons as it can easily be lost or stolen. If you send cash, you are assuming all risks involve.
